| Service Performed: | Warranty work on our new Salem travel trailer which included: adjusting all exterior doors which were hitting the frames. replacing bent blinds, fridge door wouldn't latch and replacing a cracked shower stall. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Better than factory. All repairs were handled and the shower stall fit better than when it came from the factory. They were very professional and would recommend Tom Noble as a salesperson and Paul and his crew in the service department ( I wish I had their names to mention them). They have a VERY satisfied customer in my wife and myself and will continue to deal only with them from now on. | ||

| Service Performed: | Added valve extender hoses to rubber valve stems - told me this was safe. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Manufacturer packaging says NEVER to add these to rubber valve stems. One tire was low and leaking already when I picked the motorhome up! | ||

| Service Performed: | Had a few problems with camper on our shakedown trip, i.e., door out of align, furnace not working, wires moved for convenience, Lowery's took care of all the problems. Tires over a year's period somehow went flat or had other problems. When we took the camper in for a water pump/faucet installation, all aspects of the install were good, including a run-down on how to properly used the new pump effectively. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | All of our work was performed by the dealer in a timely/reasonable manner. We've recommended Lowery's to several folks looking to purchase a new/used camper. | ||
