| Service Performed: | Replacement of defective step motor/gearbox. Work was performed through XtraRide Warranty service, we deductible paid up front. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: |
Work was done just before the final trip of the year. Before 1st trip of 2014 found that motor plate was installed inproperly and calls to Boyers went
unanswered. I had to remove myself and mount the motor as per factory specs and then reinstall. We have wrote several emails to Boyers with no response from Service Manager. |
