They refuse to do any work that is NOT necessary! |

Pointed out to me cracked caulk, fixed it instead of some high pressure sale for something I didn't need. Timely and
reasonable price. Without charge fixed some scratches they had made. All the while being courteous, attentive, and explaining what they were doing. |

Went back to Open Roads Complete RV with an intermittent thermostat that would go blank frequently. The A/C or heat (which ever was on at the time)
would cut off and not function making the RV very uncomfortable when this would happen. |

Open Roads diagnosed the problem as a faulty electrical connection and circuit board. They found the part that same day and I was back on the road fixed!
Have been camping 3 times since repair and all is well with the system. It works perfectly. So happy with the repair and the cost of repair (1 hour labor plus parts). They filled my propane tank as well. How convenient....now that is great service. I'll be back. |

We have an older van that we are restoring. It needed a lot of work. New shocks, tore out and fixed multiple mistakes from previous people's work
including leaks in water lines and plumbing. Fixed Onan generator after other people tried and failed. Found shorted wire to radio and interior lights. Did a great job of redoing bath room and installing new toilet. Fixed leaks in grey and black water tanks. |

After being very disappointed with four other shops, I was beginning to think there was no one doing quality work even when they were charging
premium prices. Mark and Ronnie have done an outstanding job on everything they have touched on my van. These guys take pride in what they do. I highly recommend for any thing you need done. |

The best RV service experience I've ever enjoyed! The upgrade was completed as promised at the exact price agreed to and looks better than the original
with a super clean factory look. Upon pick up Ronnie took the time to show me exactly how to operate the new unit including the DVD and antenna. |
