Tow Vehicle

Remco transmission lube pump in tow vehicle was showing warning. All wiring from Class A - Diesel to tow vehicle was checked. Umbilical cable and
tow vehicle wiring checked. Determination 7 years old lube pump faulty. Replaced pump and everything worked. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: |
Called in the morning. Owner, Mike, said come in mid-afternoon. Arrived at 3:30 p.m. Tech was instructed to start pronto. Tech spent 2 hours
diagnosing. By 5:30 educated guess was lube was faulty. Owner said we could stay in parking lot per our request. He gave us his personal cell number in case of any questions or problems plus the code for shop WiFi. Next morning tech took "nose" off tow vehicle and installed lube pump. Tested and all okay. Out by Noon. |
