Wayne came out and accessed the problem with my furnace. The fan worked but it wouldn't fire up and no heat. It only took him
a couple of minutes and he had the switch out and lubricated it. It was stuck. He also accessed that I would eventually need a new one. I was on a 12,000 mile road trip and had to have a furnace. I ordered one from Amazon and I will keep it with me. If this happens again, I can easily change it out myself. He came out right away and I really enjoyed him and his girlfriend who was his assistant. He was very knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him again |

| Service Performed: | Coleman-Mach Bedroom A/C. When turned on or off would be a rubbing sound of squirrel cage on something. | ||

Wayne came out, showed him and let him hear what was going on. Went up on roof and right away said the A/C wasn't level. Needed to put foam or a
3/4 inch board under the rear of A/C. Idea worked for 7 days/nights and then noise was back. Was gone out of the area by then. Found out at next campground it was a allen head screw that was loose on the shaft of the squirrel cage. During start-up and down would rub on the plastic below the cage. |
