Brian is the Tech
Work Done on:
Evaluate what the problem was with our week old converter charger - it was dead. And then install a new unit. We are traveling so couldn't go back to
original installer. The Tech Brian felt that the unit was defective. He recommended a different brand and we went with it.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
Excellent. Not only is Brian a skilled Tech, he's genuinely a nice person. He originally spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to help us fix our problem
after we cold called him. They took us in the same day and Brian took his time doing the job. He even let my husband watch! It was obvious he wanted
it done right.
