My digital Brake Buddy had a bad power cord plug and wasn't working properly. After checking I still had a few months left on the 3 year warranty! Sent unit
in at my cost.....replaced the power cord and plug, installed a new compressor, fixed air regulator leak, replaced control board and did operation check.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
Great job and service time was exceptional! What a wonderful customer service experience! They forgot to send the transmitter back with it, One call and one
is on the way.....sent the 9th Sept, returned the 19th fixed at no charge.
About a month ago, I emailed BrakeBuddy at their Hopkins factory in Emporia, KS, as I would be traveling and would like my BrakeBuddy checked and
power cord repaired.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
As instructed, I called them the day before and made an appointment for 10:00 am. Chris the BrakeBuddy Tech, met me in the lobby, took the BB and said it would be ready in about an hour. An hour later, Chris returned the BrakeBuddy with a new power cord, cleaned and tested. Test results
indicated it worked as intended. He also gave me a 12 volt socket with fuse to run from the battery to ensure proper voltage. He indicated they were
providing them to customers free of charge.
I also requested a new brake-away switch as I purchased a new vehicle. Chris brought one out, and indicated NO CHARGE! Chris also replaced the
foam handle backing. I was willing and offered to pay for the service and repair as the BrakeBuddy is 5 years old. Chris said, not necessary.
I originally purchased the BrakeBuddy because of Hopkins reputation for customer service. Confirmed, it was an excellent choice. I really enjoy doing
business with great companies.
