Insurance repair from storm damage to Crossroads Cruiser fifth wheel. Smallwood's replaced the roof, the radius metal from that joins the roof to the
curb side, repaired damage to fiberglass on street side and nose cap, and repainted damaged areas. They also replaced all springs and shackles and re- aligned the axles from damage caused by my garage falling on it during the storm. |

Smallwood's did a good job on the repairs. It took several weeks, but part of that was due to the insurance company taking a while to authorize the
suspension repairs. I was very pleased with the repair work and would definitely use them again. I had bought new RVs from Smallwood's in the past, and they have always done great work on my warranty repairs on those as well. This particular RV was not purchased there, but they didn't seem to treat it any differently than if it had been. |
