  Work Done on:   Travel Trailer
  Service Performed:   I hired Harp's for a seemingly minor furnace repair. Mr. Harp replaced one part and then presented me with a bill that I later discovered was well in
excess of the going rate in this area for the part, the labor, and the service call. The part he replaced did not correct the problem, so I contacted him
again about coming back to locate and repair the actual problem. He would not return. In the end, I was left with a high repair bill from Harp's but no
fix to my furnace problem. It then became necessary for me to contact another company to fix the problem, which they did quickly, competently, and
for a fair and reasonable price. I would not recommend Harp�s RV and Mobile Home Service to anyone.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   I cannot comment on Keith Harp's overall ability in repair and servicing. I can only say that he did not complete the necessary repair work and, after
learning that the problem had not been fixed, would not return to do so.
