During the first week of April, 2016 I took my 5th wheel RV to Bryan's Auto, Truck & RV Collision Repair Center, Inc in Lake Wales, FL to repair or align the
rear axle. I was told it would be around the first week of May before they could get to it. I called on Tuesday 10 May for a progress report. I was told they would look at it that day and get back to me with an estimate. I called Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for an update with no response until late Friday afternoon. I was then told I needed a new axle and it would have to be ordered and it would not be in until mid-June. I thought 2 months waiting for an axle was a little excessive. I said I would pick it up and take it somewhere else. The charged me 3 hours of labor at and extremely high rate for what they claim diagnostics. When I first delivered the RV there the service manager looked under the unit and said it would need a new axle. That took 5 minutes. Now, 2 months later, no axle no service just a big bill. Stay clear of this business. |
