Date of Service:
1/23/2014

Company Contact:
John Bailey (Owner/Tech), Dunlap (Office Manager)

Work Done on:
Medium Duty Truck

Service Performed:
2012 Ford F550XL parking lights would not turn off. John worked for Ford (13 yrs) and opened his own shop (20 yrs) and has Ford diagnostic equipment (Ford computer) that plugs into OBD under dash. They specialize in Ford, Chevy and Dodge diesels but work on all vehicles.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
John plugged the OBD scanner and ran the program. Determined the Body Control Module was bad. Ordered and replaced the module, reprogrammed the computer and 2 keys at a very fair price. Highly recommend Bailey Automotive.
