I would like to thank Bretz RV in Boise ID and King Dome for there understanding and great customer service. We had purchased a new king dome
sat system, installed by Bretz approximately 8 months ago, and we have had nothing but issues with the system. Dish is the network we have and
they did everything to solve our issues, including sending new receivers and such. Well Bretz trouble shot the system with Kingdome and
determined that the system was bad and had to be returned. Unfortunately, this was during the holiday season and Bretz was closing during this
period and would not open till Jan 2, 2014. After talking to King Dome and the issues we had, they upgraded me to an in-motion sat system at no
charge. They did say they could not cover the installation and I agreed to cover this cost. Bretz made a heck of a deal on the installation and
troubleshooting and I wanted everyone to know that there are still companies out there that believe in Customer Service and want to make thing
right. Again A Big Thank You to Bretz RV in Boise Idaho and to King Dome. A happy and satisfied Customer.
