  Date of Service:   11/15/2013
Company Contact:   Wanda (office), Jeff (technician)
Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
Service Performed:   Diagnosed engine not starting as bad starter motor. Got a remanufactured starter from NAPA and installed it. This was a mobile service call at my
RV park site.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Jeff was knowledgeable, efficient and kept me informed of what he was doing and my options. He nudged the starter and I was able to start the
engine. He gave me the option of going on with this starter or having him replace it. I chose to have him replace it and was on the road 1.5 hours
later. I felt that $200 for the starter was acceptable and $180 for his labor was very fair. He was very pleasant to deal with.
  Value of Service:   Very Good
  Quality of Service:   Excellent
