| Service Performed: | I had arranged (with a member of the sales staff, not the owner) to have the holding tank setup on my rig evaluated for a different configuration (i.e., larger tanks) at their location in Lebanon, OR. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | When I arrived the owner refused to do the estimate, saying that he "just wasn't interested". He was both rude and unapologetic for the inconveniences in time and schedule that I'd had to make in order to bring my RV to his shop. | ||
