We called ahead and ordered 6 new Toyo tires to be mounted and spin balanced on our diesel motorhome. We have tire pressure monitors and do
NOT use balancing beads or powders that most tire places insist on as a shortcut to real spin balancing. Rays has proper equipment to do this job RIGHT! |

Wonderful! We had made an appointment, arrived on time, and they had all six tires ready and the date codes were fresh as we had requested.
They allowed us to be present during the whole process and let us use our levelling jacks one corner at a time to lift the rig instead of their own jacking systems. Thanks! Also their attentive worker noticed a hub axle leak and called it to our attention so we could take care of it right away. They don't do that type of axle repairs there, but we made an appointment to have it done elsewhere., proof that he was not trying to pad the repair order. We were done in little over an hour and a half, and paid and back on the road. |
