Removed furnace and found nothing wrong. Replaced furnace. Quoted removal labor at $50, and replacement labor at $50. Charged $179 without
explanation or preapproval. |

Crumbs held my furnace for 2 months without calling, apparently forgetting me. When I called them, they offered no apology for forgetting me, and then
overcharged me. I won't go back. |
