Evaluation of Service Performed:
I brought my RV into your shop to replace the floor in my bedroom slide and asked that you take pictures of the damage for me. The original
floor was wood with plastic sheeting on both sides. You installed a new board with only sheeting on one side, why I do not know nor did you let
me know that you were going to make such a change. I asked that the roof be looked at and I cannot see that you did anything to the roof and
there are bubbles in it. No work done here.
When I asked for picture I receive only three pictures that did not show anything about the damage. I was told that you put in carpet at no charge
but when I received the bill it showed $677.00 for the carpet and the bill was $300.00 more than quoted. When I complained you made up
excuses about the billing and returned $271.00 to me to get the bill down to the quote price. I was told that the carpet was bad and I know that
that was not true do to the double layers of sheeting, more lies. Needless to say, you will never see me again.
