  Date of Service:   12/1/2015
  Company Contact:   Dave Miller, owner
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   Performed kitchen slide repair that they advertised at
one of the Teton rallies with aluminum angle iron.
Created a customized vent cover for the bathroom.
Dried the bottom of the bedroom slide with fans; the
plywood was rotten from years of water leaks.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   We were disappointed in the final result of the
kitchen slide repair. Roy felt additional rollers on
the floor inside the rig would have been more
helpful and a lot less expensive. The vent cover was
very expensive figuring in all the labor. The
bedroom slide eventually was taken out of the
trailer and completely replaced by Forks RV. We had
to return to Texas Custom Coach to have them reapply
caulk and reattach slide seals.

  Date of Service:   5/8/2013
  Company Contact:   Dave Miller
Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
Service Performed:   Installed solar shades throughout interior of motorhome (although I had night shades, we had to order the solar shades with new assembly to add
them). Installed accumulator tank on water pump (Winnebago no longer includes these as standard equipment, but the noise was so loud when
water pump was used, they agreed to let Texas Custom Coach add this). Replaced large Dometic slide topper on LR slide (the topper was not
installed properly by Winnebago (or fixed by dealer) and it got bunched up upon retraction and tore at seam).
Evaluation of Service Performed:   They performed all work more quickly than I anticipated, but more importantly, did expert work. While my 2012 motorhome was still under
factory warranty, I got tired of the selling dealer's service department taking so long and even after several tries, things still were not right. So I
was glad to find these guys and even though an 80 mile drive for me from Austin, it was well worth it. As a solo woman fulltime RVer, it is a great
comfort to me to find a service who gets it right the first time from owners and staff both efficient and friendly. Plus I really appreciated being
able to stay in my motorhome on-site with electric hookups when overnight stay was necessary.

Experienced and certified for installation and repairs of many component parts and equipment, they will definitely be my "go-to" service
department in Texas from now on!
