  Service Performed:   Several items were performed as part of a new Class A
we purchased from them. These primarily were warranty
repairs but included optional equipment additions.

The optional equipment was replacement of two OEM
vent fans with MaxxAir units. A shroud was added over
the remaining OEM fan. They replaced the OEM braided
flexible tire valve extenders with solid extenders to
support a TPMS sensor installation. They installed a
Safe-T-Plus steering stabilizer.

The warranty items included adding a missing
absorption refrigerator baffle, repairing a binding
slide-out, repairing a defective washer/dryer hold-
down system, replacing a defective sewer connection,
several small trim issues and correcting some wiring

of each repair and its warranty status. Their service
people, techs and administrative, were just wonderful
to work with. Jimmy, one of the owners, often talked
to us as we came in to check on the progress.

During the pre-delivery inspection where they show
you how everything works, Jim's does NOT limit the
time their tech spends with you. Some dealerships we
visited limited this time to just two hours. Jim's
gave us a tech for a full day since this was our
first Class A. We let him know when we were
comfortable with the systems, not the other way
around. Their pricing for the optional items was very

As you can imagine this work took a few weeks due to
needing parts. At no time did we ever get the
impression that they were just ignoring us in favor
of someone else.

  Service Performed:   My fridge stopped working on gas over the weekend. I was dry camping. Looked on the web this place had good reviews. I visited them first thing Monday
morning. Someone came out right away and corrected the problem. I was not charged for his time!!
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   He could have told me it was something major but he did not, only a minor problem. The firm is very honest and extremely pleasant to deal with.
From my experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

  Service Performed:   Hooking up to leave on a week vacation and the front electric jacks did not work. The gear was slipping.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Excellent. I drove there and explained the problem. Without a moment of hesitation, Jim told the mechanic to saddle up and follow me home. The
jack gear box was shot and slipping. To get me on my way, they took one out of a new camper on the lot and installed it on mine. All within two
hours of me finding the problem. You don't see service like this much anymore.
