Arrived on vacation in Orlando to discover the fridge not working and smell of ammonia... Called Randy on Sunday. Didn't need to come out after
hearing the description. He contacted Good Sam on Monday, got the repair approved, ordered the replacement cooling unit and was on site by 11am Tuesday. Took 6 hours to pull the refrigerator, change the cooling unit (and a fan he found bad) and re-install. Very knowledgable and quick to respond on 4th July week. Would definitely recommend. |
