Absolutely outstanding. They actually
answered the phone at 7am on a Saturday, assured us there was NO PROBLEM to work on our RV, and did exactly what they claimed they would do, get us back on the road ASAP. The cost was extremely fair as well. Highly recommended! |

Step would not retract. Replace step assembly.
Diagnose other issues - leveling jacks, loose door, and exhaust fans. |

Service writer told me that labor would be 1-2 hours to replace the step which I thought was excessive. Final bill was for 3 3/4 hours on the step.
Service writer never advised that this repair was going to be that duration. I would not have authorized that time. |

| Service Performed: | Added entire propane system (tank,lines,sensors) 110/propane fridge, furnance, satellite dish, flat panel tv, fantastic vent, additional 110v outlets, house batteries (12v to 6 volt)and additional cabinets. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Excellant quality, speed and price. You cannot tell the new cabinets from the old (coach conversion done in 2004)and the wiring is a thing of beauty. They were honest and great to work with. They quoted a price and time and hit both. When I asked for extra work to be done, they fit it in without a problem and were very reasonable with the charges. They answered all my questions and steered me in the right direction without trying to push product on me. (They actually recommended I do some time consumming, but not hard work myself rather than charge me to do it!) I will be recommending them to any one that asks and I'm already starting a list of things I want them to do for me the next time I go in. | ||

Electrical systems check,replacement of batteries and an electrical cable replacement that had burned out causing short to all electrical components and appliances. Also $1200.00 worth of body work.
