Evaluation of Service Performed:
We went to our appointment with the service department at the dealership where we purchased our RV prepared with a written "punch list" which I
think was very helpful. All staff were very courteous. We were greeted promptly and sent to the service manager who saw that our unit was taken
care of immediately. The salesperson who assisted us in our purchase also acknowledged our presence. All work was completed to satisfaction.
When the repairs were complete, the manager explained everything that had been done and gave us a copy of the service order listing those
resolutions. The Dealer knew we were heading out on our first trip, had the repairs done in the time promised, and we were on the road in time to
reach our destination. They had to order a new microwave, which was operational, but had a problem with the laminated glass on the door
separating. They also answered several questions we had about various functions.
