After 5 years on the road, the spring hanger brackets where breaking away from the I-beam and also cracking the I-beam up to 3 inches in length.
Re-welded spring hanger brackets for dual axle 5th wheel onto I-beam frame and welded over cracks in I-beam. Welded eight 3/8 inch thick gussets to I-beam frame where spring hanger brackets attach to reduce stress and flexing of I-beam. |

Jason did an excellent job. He has the equipment needed to fabricate and the skills to do the welding. He easily moved my 40ft 5th wheel into his
work shop with a fork lift and got right to work. |
