Find out why my hydraulic levelers would only work occasionally. They found
that in their opinion the 'controller' needed to be replaced/repaired. They did try to find another, of which didn't pan out, as they've been discontinued. |

They where unable to do the repair (unsure why they wouldn't send it out)
so I did get them to take the controller out, which they did. Would I go back...yes, as they where helpful, but my controller is one which isn't apparently sold any more, so after getting home, I found where I could send it for repair, which I did, and it's working great now! |

Advised ahead of 1 hour minimum charge. The step controller took less than 1/2 hour to replace. Upon their suggestion they did a complete inspection
and some other minor repairs in the remaining 1/2 hour. They provided good quality service and I will use them again. Their shop rate was more than $20/hr less than large RV dealer locations. |

Most importantly, they fit me in for service when they already had a full load, allowing me to get back on the road again quickly. And they did it very
pleasantly. They went through our generator to coach electrical system very thoroughly. They also replaced a dashboard fuse. |

Joel really knew what he was doing and explained everything very well. He identified an add-on transfer switch I did not know I had. Checked all
the circuits, etc. And the original problem was an owner (me) that forgot he had to plug the coach into the generator. But I learned a lot, got my under-dashboard fuse replaced - takes almost a contortionist - and all a very reasonable cost, about 1/2 hour labor. A highly recommended shop. |
