Took two months to evaluate and then state that motor was not available and had to replace entire awning unit that warranty would not cover. I found
replacement motor with one phone call! |

Competent, professional, very thorough. Added extra insulation around unit. Waiting time for parts was acceptable and did the repairs at the time he said he
would. Very pleased with the service. |

We were very pleased with the work. Stratton worked with our extended warranty company, provided guidance on what we needed to do with some
general maintenance items, completed the jobs in a timely fashion and left everything clean and neat. The work was performed at the RV park where we were staying, making it very convenient for us. |
