Mitch and his crew evaluated and fixed the slide in
no time. Also went the extra mile in helping us figure out why we had oil residue on the tow hitch. All very professional. So glad we found this RV repair shop! If you have to have a problem with your RV while on the road, you wanna have it near Good Shepherd RV. Very reasonable and knowledgeable. |

Bedroom slide not closing while on a trip to Breaux Bridge, LA. Mitch and Joshua removed bed and frame. Determined problem and provided a solution to
allow my wife and me to tow back to north Texas. |

Mitch was very courteous and competent and had our passenger chair back in operation in less than one hour. He repaired wiring and seat swivel
adjustments. I was a bit surprised at the $50 service call charge since Good Shepard is only a stones throw from the RV Resort we were staying at Cajun Palms. |

We had a number of electrical issues, plus the hot water heater was only working on propane side. Mitch quickly solved our electrical system
problems and fixed the hot water heater. He plugged us into his shop power so we could stay while waiting for parts. |

work properly. Mitch freely offered advice on maintenance. We were glad we found Good Shepherd. |
