I had serious leak from my generator. They did a quick assessment but could not squeeze me in for several days. I made the appointment for the
following Monday and they went of work on it as scheduled and found and fixed the problem quickly. I did sent e-mail to them on Friday PM before first showing up, but did not hear back so not sure that is a good method to reach them. Fact to face there were great. |

Excellent in all aspects. The original evaluation was quick and correct. We did not need generator immediately as we were moving into campground
that day so the delay was not an issue with us and it gave them a chance to work us in. A win-win for us both. Price was good too. |

| Service Performed: | HUEI pump failure on Cat engine. Replaced pump, injectors, oil cooler and flushed metal form system, lube oil and filter. Plus engine check. | ||
