While getting replacement tires in Deming, we discovered that our front jacks wouldn't retract. We barely got them slightly off the ground and made sure
not to go over any speed bumps. The #1 Goodyear Tire dealer in Deming, Tinley Tee Tire, highly recommended Jimmy's RV Repair there in Deming. I called Jimmy and he said to bring 'er right over. Jimmy and his crew were working on a big deadline job that day, but he understood we were stuck without our front jacks. We work from the road on the Internet, so Jimmy ran an electric cord out to the Fifth Wheel so we could work while they rebuilt our jacks in his machine shop. (There were no available parts to buy so he and his technician did it all manually.) While we were there, Jimmy's guys also replaced our outside lights, stove vent, and other small cosmetic things. He charged us so much less than what other high quality shops would have charged, and we could see the great job and professionalism they put into their work. |

Jimmy and his staff went above the call of duty and then some. Our service was A+++ top-notch to such a high extent that we are considering stopping
back in Deming at Jimmy's for any needed repairs in the future. If you're coming east from Tucson or West from El Paso and you need RV service, we 100% recommend you stop at Jimmy's. |

My spring bundle had partially twisted on one of the axles and I didn't want to travel with the coach in that condition. Jimmy diagnosed that either the
shackles were not torqued properly or had stretched. He would have taken me in that afternoon as I was traveling, but it would have been too late to move. We agreed on the next morning for an 8:30 start, and we were on the road at 10 with 8 new, properly torqued shackles. He even called my manufacturer and it was repaired under warranty. |

Jimmy was a God-send to us. One day out of AZ, we pulled into Deming with 2 burnt-out wheel bearings, a bent axle, and ruined brake pads. All do to
incompetent service we had received several days before in Mesa, AZ. Jimmy and his crew, replaced the pads/bearings and even rebuilt the spindle on the axle, which served to get us home to Maine. We are about to head back to AZ for the winter and are scheduled to have the axle replaced (as Jimmy warned us we might have to do) next week before we set out..but without Jimmy's work last spring, we would still be sitting in Deming. I cannot recommend him highly enough. |

Jimmy does good work. We've had other repairs done at this facility, all quite satisfactory. The only drawback is getting an appointment, then the
work being completed on time. Make sure to allow a couple of extra days for job to be completed. |

Travel Trailer

Our travel trailer had a wheel seize and nearly caught fire. Jimmy helped us to his workplace and found all wheels in a critical state. He took pictures
and did all the repairs necessary. Jimmy and crew are honest and caring. We were able to settle with the company that sold us the trailer because of Jimmy's pictures and report. They are top-notch!! |
