  Service Performed:   Valid Air Leveling system was showing faults while
driving but not when sitting at campground. Needed
the controller card diagnosed.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Although Pete's doesn't usually work on diesel units,
they made room for a diagnostic visit. Issue was
identified and we left with more confidence than when
we arrived. Part is still faulting but now we know

  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Wonderful company and caring employees. My thanks to Alan in
service to taking care of our warranty need even though we did
not purchase the Airstream from them.

Pete's RV is professional and caring . I highly recommend them.

  Service Performed:   Ordered new and within 1 month mattress was bad, awning lights went out, A/C and heater both came on at night when thermostat was on off.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Customer service for this company is horrible. Constant delays and avoidance to fix issues. Finally threatened with lawyer and had to call owner directly to
get work done. We hired a separate guy and they paid him. Took 3 months for parts and 1 year for mattress. Terrible, would never buy from them again as
they could care less once you drive off the lot!

  Service Performed:   Dropped belly panel to repair holding tanks.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   While traveling through Maine we experienced a
problem with our new trailer's holding tanks. We
called the manufacturer to find an approved service
center and were directed to Pete's in Vermont.
Called and found that they were scheduled out for
weeks but they worked us in when we arrived in
Vermont. They removed the belly panel, took care of
the problems and got us back on the road in a matter
of hours.

  Service Performed:   Sold me a fifth wheel camper with a broken black tank. The first time I filled it up it leaked everywhere, WHAT A MESS !!
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   I paid them $400 for a "fine tooth comb " inspection before purchase. There is evidence that SOMEONE had opened the underside, they say they didn't do it.
That means they missed it, OR knew about it and sold the unit to me anyway. STAY CLEAR of these people when buying a RV. They are NOT to be trusted.

  Evaluation of Service Performed:   EXTREMELY POOR !! They missed the fact that the black tank was cracked. I paid them $400 for the inspection and they blew it or did not perform it. This
dealership cost me thousands of dollars

  Service Performed:   Stripped screws in door latch, slam door bracket, bad thermostat, pulled away fascia on BR slider on Cougar High Country
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Everything repaired to satisfaction on warranty within 2 hours of arrival. We did have an appointment. We were consulted about fascia repair and
opted for screws over factory staples.
