Evaluation of Service Performed:
Took our Holiday Rambler in for warranty work. After making appointment, it sat untouched for over two weeks. Poor communication with customer throughout process. Some of the work could not be completed due to failure to order proper parts. Couldnt properly perform a factory TSB. Picked it up in disgust after 6 weeks. Thought we were overcharged for some non-warranty items. Service department seemed to be in disarray. Ill never return there for work.

Work Done on:
5th Wheel Trailer

Service Performed:
It all started a delivery. Pick up rig and punch items not completed. Had them install trailer brake, drove 50 miles with 30ft 5th wheel and now trailer brakes. No testing was done to see if brakes work. Company blamed me, saying I didn't adjust the unit properly. At the end of the day, they installed the wiring wrong and wanted to charge me again.
We had numerous problems with this Forest River product. The dealership did not want to expedite the warranty items with the manufacturer. So I went directly to the manufacture to discuss my issues and found out the dealer wasn't telling me the whole truth. We got out of this rig due to the fact we could not trust the dealer.
