Service Performed:
1. I went in for an oil change, and they changed the oil, oil filter, fuel filter and air filter.
2. While there, I asked if they could also check the pressure on my six tires.
3. My converter wasn't working and I also asked them to check that.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
They took a lot of time with me, answered all my questions, and did extra work that was not originally scheduled.
1. I have a 2006 motor home, bought with 8,000 miles. I had the oil changed before, but the fuel filter was not checked and/or changed. This company checked it, and there was rusty gas in the filter, so they replaced it. It was the original fuel filter that had never been replaced. :(
2. He couldn't check the pressure on the two rear inner tires, so he took off the two outer tires to get to the inner valves. No one has taken the time to do that. All my tires were low, and they added air.
3. To diagnose the converter, they checked my generator and house batteries, both okay. Then the converter, which was not putting out any power. He told me what to relate to the company when returning the converter for warranty.
4. Current labor charge is $95/hour, but my invoice was much lower than I expected.
