Service Performed:
Motor on 2001 Dodge Ram Sport 3500 Diesel Dually blowing white smoke out the exhaust at 54,000 miles.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
Very bad. Rear differential refill plug was replaced only finger tight. Radiator was not cleaned and refilled properly. Engine was found to have an internal problem and because I had not had ALL oil change services done by a Dodge Dealership, my extended warranty from Service Contracts was limited to exclude the engine.
