Matt worked with me on my Class C RV
air conditioner unit. Last year it went out in over 100 degree weather & family was miserable - I got it fixed, but thought it went again. I live in Wyoming & randomly called RV service techs & called Matt. He was amazing in helping & instructing how to check the AC thoroughly!!! It worked GREAT!!! Just got done with 3500 mile road trip to California & used the AC a lot with bot the generator & RV Park plug in & worked every time!!! THANKS Matt & the family was GREATFUL! |

1st called Matt to ck on having slide covers replaced on our motor home. He suggested him coming to the RV park we were staying in and get the
measurement and call for material prices and give us a quote. So this is what we did. He gave us a quote and date the parts would arrive. Before the date arrived our clothes dryer started making a noise, so I called Matt and he said he could come the next day 11:00 AM and he called about 10:30 and said he was running late. That he would be there about 1 PM and he was right on time. Both repairs went well and I thought was priced fairly. We hope to be in the area next summer and would use A-1 RV Service again. |

Matt arrived on time, immediately put down some rugs to keep the floors clean, and jumped right into checking out the problem we had with coach
electrical systems. He began measuring voltages, checking circuitry breakers and fuses, and focused on finding and resolving the problem rapidly and efficiently. |

Matt is an amazingly focused person and ethical to a fault - undoubtedly due to his extensive experience in aviation maintenance, coupled with
his RVIA certification in the RV world. He is very amiable and sensitive to doing things so he didn't cause any damage to equipment or the floors of the coach (it had been raining and he didn't want to track mud into the coach). Matt did the job quickly and accurately. He spends winters in Texas, summers in South Fork and Creede, Colorado. We were very fortunate to have found him, and was highly recommended by the Mountain Views RV Resort management. Matt got us on the road in record time, and VERY reasonably. |

| Service Performed: | Repairs to fifth-wheel caused by hailstorm, i.e. vent covers, air conditioner cover and new awning fabric. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Matt Harris is a RVIA certified RV repairman. He is extremely ethical, competent and reasonably priced. He is polite and mannerly. He was on time both days it took him to complete the repairs. He took care to protect the awning fabric while laying it on the ground, maximized his work time and completed the job on time and on budget. We are extremely pleased with the quality of Matt's workmanship and would highly recommend him to everyone in the South Fork, Colorado, area during the summer months. | ||
