  Work Done on:   Travel Trailer
Service Performed:   Inquire about purchasing adjustable water heater. 140 degree temp for the standard is dangerous with my father's memory
issues, he is 83.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   I do agree that their customer service for sales was a good experience. The problem comes when dealing with the service
after the fact. My parents who are in the 80s needed a part for their trailer. I called and was told that the part was
about $50 and they stock it. The guy who I spoke to a few months ago was pleasant, said that he knew exactly what we
needed. I send my parents in to pick up the part and the Service Manager was not helpful. They called me and I got on the
phone with him and he was completely put off by the request. He didn't care to go out of his was to look up what trailer
they had but offered to send someone out to spec the part for $100. It was a Jayco that they bought from Hufnagel, why
couldn't he just call up to sales and have them pull the model number. Why did the other guy know exactly what we needed?
I checked on amazon and the part is less than half the price and is generic to the water heaters used in this brand of RV.
I looked it up in 5 min but with his "20 years of experience" he had never sold one? Really? Anyways, here's the facts
about how my experience was useless. I try to support local businesses but I can't make them care. I will go to Amazon
this time and any time in the future when I need RV parts.

Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   Bought a Raven in January 2012. Had an issue on every trip. There are too many issues many we ended up fixing ourselves as we got tired of waiting on them. But, finally on the 11th trip a trip with no issues. I am still waiting on a replacement door, cabinets with gouges in them all from January. Since August I have been waiting on a replacement propane alert panel. There is a hole in my wall waiting. They say they will email you and they don't. They say they will call you, you wait over a week and call them, they act like they don't remember you. I wish I had a dime for every call I have made to them and ones not returned. Once the owner even called telling me I will be getting a door, that was 2 months ago. I should have known they didn't know what they were doing when during the DPI we had to explain some things to them.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   If you don't mind waiting, don't mind being called back, don't mind not having your parts ordered this is the place for you.

Service Performed:   Bought a new Montana Mountaineer. At the end of camping season took it back for: slide leaking, slide carpeting pulling up, cupboard doors loose, decal
loose, crack on rocker panel, carbon monoxide detector beeping constantly.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   They couldn't find any problem with slide leaking, couldn't see any decals peeling, didn't know why detector kept tripping, didn't fix carpet, did tighten
cupboard doors. I fixed the carpeting myself. They didn't want to order a new panel because shipping would be too expensive even though we were going
to pay for it. They were happy to sell us the trailer but showed no effort to fix things after we bought it. Will never buy from them again. When I mentioned
we wanted items fixed before warranty ran out, they didn't know what we were talking about. We had a one year warranty from the date we
bought it but apparently the RV dealer doesn't know that campers have a warranty.
