In-motion satellite does not stop rotating. Unable to view Dish TV at all campgrounds. After being told by service manager Mike Jordan that my satellite was
on its way for replacement. Not true! BNRV cut the prep wiring of Coachmen. Verified by Nate at Coachmen. |

At one point earlier my 2014 Encounter 37 was in the BNRV yard for 42 days in the first 3 months because of huge water leakage. BNRV had not contacted
Coachmen for warranty approval for a least 30 days. |

| Service Performed: | Leak in air conditioner. Caused roof damage, 2 ceiling panels needed replacing. Stove touch pad faulty. Makes 2nd time we have to have replaced. Would be 3rd stove touch pad we have had since 2007. Slide seal torn on bottom of slide. Took 6 weeks to replace ceiling panels. Not right panels. Stove never fixed and seal never fixed. Both covered under warranty, but dealer never took care of it. Damaged my camper floor. Charged $25 courtesy cleaning fee. Courtesy for who? | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Work done was shoddy. Reseal on roof still leaks as we just identified in 2012 they sealed over the old seal. I would not recommend this warehouse or any of the like. Took 6 weeks to even furnish me with my warranty policy info. | ||
