| Service Performed: | Remove carpet, install Allure vinyl flooring. Reupholster driver's and passenger's captains chairs. | ||

Poor. Extremely disappointed in the performance of this shop that had previously done a fridge swap with excellent results. Left coach in
February with promise that work would be done by end of March in time for planned vacation. Coach sat for weeks with no work done. Finally delivered coach day before leaving for vacation and seats not done. Had to take seats out of another customer's coach so we could use our coach. Motorcoach Services was informed we were planning to trade our coach while on vacation. They promised to deliver new seats to dealer one week later. As of this writing (4/29/2013), reupholstered seats not delivered. I would not recommend these folks. Something has happened to their business and they just cannot complete work as promised. Flooring was done but screw left under slide which scratched new flooring. All trim work not done and I had to complete the trim work. |
