Diagnosed and replaced inoperable awning motor with used motor until warranty replacement motor could be obtained from Dometic. Motor worked one
outing and then inoperable on next outing in September. |

Called early September and told new motor had been received from Dometic. I was told to call back a few days before arrival in mid September at
campground to schedule replacement. Called 3 days prior to arrival and told he was in field and would call when he returned to office to set repair date. Never got a call back. Called day after arrival at campground since temporary motor was inoperable and once again told he was in field and would call back when he returned to office. Once again, no call back. Upon arrival home, called Dometic direct and they are going to have motor they sent forwarded to local RV Dealer for repair due to inaction by RV Mobil Service. |

Eric operates a mobile service in the Louisville KY area. He is extremely friendly, easy to communicate with and
so very helpful. We needed Onan generator service which he was unable to do however he answered so many questions and was a wonderful moral support at a stressful time of need. |

| Service Performed: | Repaired A/C and refrigerator. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Another repairman came by to tell me I needed a new cooling unit in the refrigerator---$1400. I called Eric and he said it would cost $750 for a cooling unit. When he looked at it, we didn't need a cooling unit it was just an air flow problem. The insulation fell off the top of the refrigerator and blocked the outside air vent. He also repaired our A/C in extreme heat and was prompt and professional. | ||
