Service Performed:  
I purchased a used Crossroads Cruiser fifth wheel camper at Newby's. Upon getting it home, it became obvious there had been water intrusion into the
rear wall of the unit and had caused some rotting. I called the owner of Newby's and told him about it. He said to bring it in and they would either fix it
or give me my money back. I liked it, so I told him to fix it. They did, and it only took a few days. They removed the back wall and replaced everything
that had rotted, reinstalled it, and resealed everything. The water had come in from a bad seal on the back window, which they also repaired.
 
Evaluation of Service Performed:  
I was very pleased with the repair of the unit. The repair was excellent, fast, and I couldn't have asked them to be any more honest or accommodating.
All this on a camper that was 6 years old at the time of purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to use or recommend Newby's again.

Service Performed:  
The dinette seat cushions were unraveling on my nearly new 2011 Gulf Stream camper so I visited my dealer to show them the problem and request a warranty replacement.
 
Evaluation of Service Performed:  
I was met by a hostile service manager who said he had PAYING customers waiting on their stuff and didn't have time for me. After a few minutes listening to his tirade I left and will not return. The owners are aware of a history of this behavior and have not corrected it. Not recommended.
