  Service Performed:   Leaking Roof on my very old trailer that I love to pieces and refuse to get rid of.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   I called and talked with Dawn, she scheduled an appointment and assured me they could find the leak. This was reassuring as I was told by another company
that there was not a leak and maybe it was time for a new trailer. Robert checked me in and was up on top of my coach for a diagnosis in no time. They
found the leak and also let me know that my roof really needed a new protective coating applied, something the other company didn't even offer. I will be
back anytime I have an issue. I was so surprised by their parts store I had not been in there in years, it is bigger and has so much more to offer since my last
visit. I will definitely be back.

  Evaluation of Service Performed:   I took my trailer to Vancouver RV with an electrical issue, we were on our way out of town when I realized my batteries were not charging. They were amazing!!! Within less than an hour they had diagnosed the issue and had someone running for the part. They had my power back on and me on the road in no time. The new management and staff there have totally transformed the parts store and made my experience with them one that will bring me back for service should I need it again.
