Inspected Roof, pulled wheels, pulled all 8 bearings, cleaned them and replaced 4 worn bearing driver's side, repacked bearings, checked brakes, discovered
that the brakes on the shore side were disconnected and the opposite side were improperly set and fixed that, balanced the tires replaced two lugs that had been broken off and the hub top that had been lost at the other a shop. . |

Excellent work. We had called Robert after we realized we had been poorly served by another repair shop.The other shop had told us that our roof had hail
damage and needed replacement. We called Robert for a second opinion. After talking to him we decided to be safe we needed to have Robert redo all the work done by the other shop. He went over everything with us. He explained everything he was doing and why which made us better informed RV owners. There was no damage to our roof or to our air conditioner cover. He discovered the disconnected brakes at once, and then reset the other side correctly. He is the very best, honest and caring. He restored our faith in the RV repair industry. We found him on this site. What a life saver. Literally! |

I had used another service in the area and was very dissatisfied. Finding One Stop was one of the best things that happened to me as a coach owner and
I�ve been going there for 2 years now. Two very key elements to what makes One Stop perhaps one of the best RV repair shops in the country; first is that you will not find a facility as clean and well equipped as this. Robert owns darn near every tool and machine known to man. I�ve never seen a shop that can put your motorhome up in the air to work on. No only is this really cool to see but from a maintenance perspective it is both easier to properly perform maintenance on the chassis and easy to find other existing or developing issues. They also have every machine you can imagine to fabricate anything needed to fix or customize an RV. The other key element to making One Stop tops is the people; which begins with Robert. He has decades of experience with car and truck fleet up-fitting and maintenance prior to moving into RV service. His base of knowledge of recreational vehicle systems is excellent, particularly electrical systems. When you take your RV there you are the center of attention and Robert will take the time to understand your requirements, dig into any problems, thoroughly discuss a plan of action and then review in detail what he did to fix the problem. When it comes to my coach I am a perfectionist and I tackle as much of the work that I can on my own. However, there is still a lot of work that is beyond my capabilities. I am 100% comfortable leaving my coach at One Stop knowing that the work that Robert and his team do meets that same level of perfection. And if there is ever an issue with anything they do there is not a moment of concern, they just take care of the problem at no cost. The range of services I have had performed by One Stop include; - General annual maintenance; engine, trans, brakes, chassis, generator, etc. - Correcting an out of balance issue with my tires after getting new tires from a commercial tire shop in town - Installing new shocks and fixing broken suspension points - Custom fabricating chassis parts to my specifications - Custom fabricating cabling, modifying the battery tray and installing new AGM batteries - Strip, clean and seal the roof - Replace the shower skylight Another review mentions that One Stop is a little on the expensive side. In my mind there is no substitute for quality and I�m happy to pay a premium to get this level of quality and comfort knowing that my coach is properly maintained. |
