My Norcold fridge was not cooling properly, and although I suspected the thermistor, I really couldn't get a handle on it. Called Bob and he arrived within the
hour, evaluated the fridge, and confirmed that it was indeed the thermistor. This was a Friday, and Bob did not have the part in stock but showed us how to manually control the temps while he ordered the part. Bob returned on Monday with the part, and we were back in business. What was amazing to me was that I couldn't buy the part online for what he charged me for it...two trips to our site along with the part was $58.00 bucks. |

Outstanding. Bob is a master certified technician. Based on his treatment of our problem and my discussions with him, he is one of the VERY few RV
mechanics that are honest, skilled and not interested in making a fortune off of your problems. Fair and honest, as well as knowledgeable. Hard to find that anymore!! Bob is now the second mechanic I would trust with my RV. |

Installed a three stage converter, a Trimetric meter with shunt and 2 batteries with the required cables.
This project was a challenge due to the small size of my van, but Bob did an excellent job. |
