| Service Performed: | This facility worked very hard to solve my hydraulic Jack problem. Jacks would not perform. | ||

5th Wheel Trailer

| Service Performed: | Purchased brand new fifth wheel from Mellott. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | The PDI was not completed. Service tech told me that black tank sprayer was checked but when I used it the next day it did not work at all because the inlet and outlet lines were reversed at the factory. Brakes were not adjusted and trailer brakes could not even hold trailer on a slight hill at a red light. Drawer latches were missing and when I questioned the tech about this he told me that drawers did not have latches. I asked for loose piece of crown molding to be secured but tech never did it. I complained to the dealer about the tech but they did nothing about it. It's too bad because the dealer gave me a great deal on the trailer and a very good value for my trade-in. The dealer and sales person seemed very honest but they seemed incapable of controlling the service department. | ||
