On sight diagnosis of power loss to coach. Discovered
a short in my 50 amp cord storage reel. |

Tech showed up on time, and found problem quickly.
Though the fix would have required $500 replacement of storage reel, we'll have that done later. He was able to facilitate a temporary fix using one of our extension cords. Work was done at our site at Las Vegas RV Resort. |

They came out to us broke down on the side of the highway 45 miles from Las Vegas with the right computer to diagnose my diesel engine, Found the
problem, a bad connection, they repaired it fast and did not try to sell me things I didn't need. They showed me the problem and how it was repaired. Very professional! |

Great mobile service. Jeff came out and evaluated the leak in the transmission and returned the next day with the necessary part to repair the
issue. I mentioned an electrical problem I was having and Jeff was happy to go through the entire electrical system to locate the problem. It turned out to be operator error/ignorance but Jeff was very patient with my lack of knowledge and spent a lot of time showing and explaining me the hows, whats and wheres of my 12 volt system. |
