Main awning on diesel RV would not retract. Two techs rolled it up and the secured the arms with
twist ties. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: |
We could not wait to get a new motor, because we had to leave the following day. We questioned
how secure it was, but they insisted it was OK. We drive less than 10 miles the following day and the awning started unrolling. We had to stop and spend an hour re-rolling it and using bungee cords to secure it so we could get back to Dallas. Paid the $100 for doing a shoddy job. Would never use them again for anything. |
