Excellent. It is sometimes difficult to find
knowledgeable installers and repairmen for these units. I purchased the new machine and had it delivered to CJs location and made an install appointment. Very quick removal of the old machine and install of the new one.Work was done quickly at a very fair price. We are very satisfied. |

They started working on our rig immediately and we were out of there in less than 2 1/2 hours! They repacked the bearings and
blew out the dust from the brakes and removed the glazing on them. I'm convinced that my awning motor is failing but they couldn't duplicate the fault and even though they had a motor in stock they didn't try to sell me one. Instead they added some extra turns on the spring in the awning tube and explained to me how to operate the awning manually should the motor fail. All the staff were friendly and professional. |

My diesel generator wouldn't start. Took it in, they pulled the generator quickly and I was able to leave. When parts came in, they fixed and had it ready
quickly. Came in for reinstall, and had to wait some because unexpected vehicle in bay. Work done was right first time, generator runs perfectly now, and the cost was very fair. |

| Service Performed: | Lost a chunk of the rear cap (hit a pole). Large area (4x4 feet approx) of fiberglass needed to be rebuilt and painted. Also had patio awning repaired, propane extended stay line installed, and a few other items looked at and estimated. | ||

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT - the body work is perfect, you can't tell what's old and what's new. Awning motor was replaced with part costing half what I could get on-line. Propane line installed, which Camping World said "couldn't be done". No charge for the other items which were looked at, and in one case a minor repair made at no charge.
They bill in half- and quarter-hour increments, for example awning repair was billed as one half hour, propane line too. I was in the rig when the propane line was done, and I know he spent more than half an hour on it. We were very pleased. We are full-timers, and were there for a week. They provided a 30-amp hookup for us, so we didn't have to go to a hotel or anything. |
