Although Ben didn't have a technician in shop as the
day was ending, he took time to talk through my troubleshooting, confirming the board part number, and actually had the part on-hand. Since we had flexibility, I chose to wait for a better price later in the trip, but want to acknowledge his effort as sincere and his knowledge as sound. I would certainly patronize this shop if I were in the area again. |
