Me and my husband were traveling to Florida and our break controller would not function correctly so we pulled to
the side and tried calling a few different companies for assistance. We called Shackleford Enterprises and the dispatcher was were nice and very helpful. The technician that came out was very nice and helpful he fixed our problem and got us on the road in less that a hour. Their service truck was very neat and so was the young man I was very pleased with their service. |

The timing was good and the customer service was excellent. Shackleford's is professional and reasonable on their
prices and very neat in appearances. If you ever have any problems or roadside assistance is needed give Shackleford Enterprises a call they work 24/7 and they will get the job done in a very productive timely manner. Thank you Shackleford Enterprises. |
