Slider motor stopped working with the slide stuck part way out.
Evaluation of Service Performed:
This company contacted Keystone the maker of our RV to get a new slide motor because the one we had was not repairable. Keystone was not interested in helping and did not have the part (2001 RV). They then figured out what company made the motor (business names had changed) and ordered it directly from the manufacturer. This took a couple days in which time they allowed us to stay on their property with water and electric. Every other service facility in the area was not interested in helping us because we were traveling through the area and would not be return customers. The people at Louisville RV said they are always ready to help travelers because they are RVers also.
