Thomas E. Fanelli, President

Work Done on:

Service Performed:
Three years ago I purchased a Progressive Industries EMS-LCHW50 surge guard for my motor home. I recently had a problem where the digital read out was flashing "888" and a longer than usual delay in latching. I contacted Progressive Industries by email and received a very quick reply from Thomas Fanelli, President of the company. One of their tech's shipped out a new control board and digital display board at no charge to me. It's good to see their are still companies out there that stand behind their products and support their customers.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
Even though there was no actual work performed their response to customer service is excellent.
