| Service Performed: | Replaced bad NSBU Switch on Allison transmission. With in weeks shift indicator stater acting up again. Took motorhome to WW Williams and had transmission computer checked and found tabs broken. Returned to Superior with what was found. Charged $50 and they said a code was found and nothing wrong with switch. Took back to WW Williams who changed the switch found damage cam causing code and tabs were broken. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Superior failed to properly install switch and refused to change bad switch. Charged twice as much as WW Williams for the same work. Did refund the switch cost and $50 in labor but not a full refund. | ||
